Lyons has been making traditional cakes to go with tea, ever since it opened the first Lyons Teashop over 100 years ago.
The Lyons range includes the famous Pink & Yellow Battenberg, Swissrolls, Sponge Cakes, Cupcakes and other Small Cakes and is a very popular brand with traditional cake eaters.
With the Tea-Time Cake Occasion experiencing growth, Lyons has recently launched a new range of Tea Shop Classics, whole cakes as though they were straight from the Tea Rooms. Available in 3 variants:

- Sultana and Cherry
- St Clements
